  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, SunButter, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, pour the rice Chex cereal and add the melted mixture. Gently mix until coated.
  4. Sprinkle the spice-sugar mixture over the cereal and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper to cool for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  6. Once set, break apart into pieces and enjoy!
