  • 2 pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mini chocolate chips. Whisk until smooth.
