  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving garnished with fresh parsley.
