  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar for topping
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour for topping
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two 8×4-inch bread pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
  3. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix well.
  4. Create a well in the center; add canola oil and mix gently.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time followed by pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract.
