  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts (for coating)
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 pan with vegetable spray.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before crumbling.
  4. 4. Once cooled, crumble the cake in a bowl and mix in frosting until fully combined.
  5. 5. Form small balls from the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Chill cake balls in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  7. 7. Melt candy melts in intervals in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  8. 8. Dip sticks into melted candy, insert into chilled cake balls, let set briefly.
  9. 9. Dip each pop in melted candy melts again and decorate with toppings.
