  • 1/4 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for lime dressing, optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (for lime dressing, optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for lime dressing, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
