  • 160 g all-purpose flour
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 115 g unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 medium apple (peeled and diced)
  • 80 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly. Add egg yolk; blend until dough forms.
  2. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick and cut into circles for mini pie molds.
  3. For the filling, mix diced apple, mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place dough circles in greased molds and fill with fruit mixture.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
