  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each into four pieces.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix together brown sugar and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the prepared bundt pan and drizzle with half of the brown sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining pieces and drizzle again.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Mix remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
