  • 2 oz can black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 12 slices chopped chicken
  • 10 chopped Cheddar cheese sticks
  • 1 cup sliced turkey sausage
  • 1/23/4 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • small pie pumpkin (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with diced roasted red peppers, yellow onion, sliced black olives, diced cucumber, chopped chicken, cheese sticks, and turkey sausage.
